Romney Fleece is longer stapled than Merino, and coarser micron. 
Best suited for outerwear or craft items.
This one was a grey fleece which has been hand dyed.
It is ready to spin, or to be used in other crafts.

This sheep was coated for most of the year. 
So there is very little VM(vegetable matter) or dirt in the fleece, but it is slightly matted on the cut ends. Fairly easy to pull apart and work with still.
